WELCOME! 

I truly believe first grade is a magical year. 6 and 7-year-olds have a natural curiosity that leads to a love of learning and makes my job so fun. You will be amazed at how much they will grow this year. It’s the best part of my job! This is my 19th year teaching first grade at Allenwood. I feel so lucky to get to spend my days with your wonderful children.  I am so happy to be team teaching with Mrs. Kowsaluk again this year!  We are ready to rock the 2023-2024 school year! 

ABOUT ME: 

I grew up in Wall and live in the Allenwood area. I am married to my wonderful husband, Tim, for 15 years. We have 3 children. Ella is in 8th grade at Wall Intermediate. Mason is 8 and in third grade at Allenwood. My youngest, Gavin, is across the hall in first grade at Allenwood. I love that I get to experience both sides as a parent and a teacher at this school.

FAVORITES:

Spending time with my family is my favorite thing to do. We love to go to the beach together.
