Welcome to Allenwood 5th Grade!

My name is Diane Preston and I am overjoyed to be back for another school year at Allenwood School.

I have been teaching at Allenwood for 22 years and have worked at various grade levels.  I am currently teaching 5th grade with Mrs. Shanklin and Mrs. Abeal.

I  live in Spring Lake Heights with my husband.  We have four sons and two wonderful grandchildren.  In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, running and reading.

I look forward to a wonderful school year with a great bunch of students!
