Sun
Sun protection is essential during the summer months to avoid the discomfort of sunburn and to maintain healthy skin. Ways to protect against sun damage include:

Apply sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher 30 minutes prior to going outside

Reapply sunscreen according to the package directions, after swimming or after excessive sweating
