All About Me

This is my 21st year teaching. I attended Georgian Court University for my degrees.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with my Elementary Teaching Certification.  I also have a Master's degree in Education with my Reading Specialist Certification.  I am trained in Orton Gillingham and will use many of these techniques in my teaching.  

I have taught 1st and 2nd grade at Central School and Kindergarten and Basic Skills Reading at Old Mill School. I held the position of the Reading Specialist at Old Mill School from 2012-2014.  This year I will be servicing students that are in need of remediation in reading. 

Outside of school, I love to read, swim, bike ride, listen to music, and enjoy time with my family.  I have two children that keep me on the go!  Teaching is my passion.  I love inspiring students to attain their best. I am looking forward to a successful school year!
