Student Registration Overview
Documents for All Student Registrations
Welcome to Wall Township Public Schools. The following documentation can be uploaded during the online registration process. It is best to have the documents prepared and scanned prior to registering.
- Birth Certificate
- Proofs of Residency (4 items), see Registration Documents below for details
- Immunization Records
- Physical Examination Form - This is not needed for registration, but once completed please return it to the school nurse.
- Up to Date Transcript or Up to Date Report Card
- Completed Transfer of Records Form returned to WTPS through the online portal.
- IEP/504, if applicable
- Court/custody papers, if applicable
- ML (Multi-Language Learners) documents, if applicable
**Children are registered in their neighborhood schools in the order that completed registrations are received. Please be advised in the event that grade-level capacity is reached, incoming students may be assigned to another WTPS elementary school.**

Grades 1-12 - Transfer Students 2024-2025
For students residing in Wall Township and transferring into the district for the 2024-2025 School Year, is open. If you have any questions, please contact Kerrin McGowan at kmcgowan@wallpublicschools.org.
Please remember to select the 2024-2025 school year when registering.
