- Processing closeout documents
- Curb Change Order work to be completed over spring break.
- Catel to do fencing work for perimeter fence at same time as fencing around generator. District to confirm if change order is Brush and Tree Removal is approved before work is scheduled.
Interior Alterations at Multiple Schools (Bid 1 – Toilets)

- Outstanding Punch List items for Phase 1 to be worked on over Spring Break.
Interior Alterations at Multiple Schools (Bid 2 - WHS and WIS Educational Spaces)
- Project Awarded to The Bennett Company
- Phase 1: HS Auditorium and WIS Locker Room Construction: May 1, 2025 to August 29, 2025
- Phase 2: HS and WIS Art/Tech Classrooms: June 16, 2025 to August 29, 2025
- Construction Update:
- Work in Intermediate school Locker Room to commence during Spring Break.
- Balance of work will commence on scheduled dates.
- PCOs 1 through 9 have been submitted to school district for Approval
- PCOs include a time extension request.
HVAC Upgrades at Allenwood ES, Old Mill ES and West Belmar ES
- Project Awarded to Kappa Construction
- Construction: June 2025 – August 2025
- Phase 1: West Belmar Electrical Feeds: Completed
- Phase 2: Boiler Work: June 1, 2025 to September 27, 2025
- Phase 3: Balance of Work: June 16, 2025 to August 29, 2025
- Construction Update:
- Phase 1 work is complete.
- Submittal Review Phase, construction to commence in Summer 2025
- No active PCOs have been submitted at this time.
HVAC Upgrades at Wall IS, Central ES and Wall High School
- Project Awarded to Preferred Mechanical
- Construction: June 2025 – August 2025
- Phase 1: Boiler Work – June 2, 2025 to September 26, 2025
- Phase 2: Balance of Work – June 16, 2025 to August 29, 2025
- Construction Update:
- Permits received on January 2, 2025
- Construction work in all schools is underway and will continue during spring break – work is primarily hydronic Piping, gas piping, structural steel and Conduit Installation.
- Boiler Abatement at WHS and CES – Pricing received from Preferred was high, district to solicit separate bid for this work.
- PCOs #2-3 received from contractor. PCOs are currently under review.
- Abatement PCOs include a time extension request.
Roofing Replacement at Multiple Schools

- Pricing Received from Track, Turf Field and Bleacher Vendor. Still Awaiting pricing and design from Field Lighting Vendor.
- After price solicitation is complete and vendors are selected, balance of design work (Paving and Stormwater) will be finalized and bid publicly.
