I am a Learning Consultant (LDT-C) and case manager on the Child Study Team.  I split my time between Central School and Old Mill School.  Before becoming an LDT-C I was an elementary school teacher for 12 years. My husband is also a teacher and we have 3 children. My role as an LDT-C/Case Manager includes: Assess academic proficiency and learning characteristics of each pupil referred to the child study team for evaluation and interpret the findings in written reports and informal conferences. Assist in the development and coordination of an appropriate individualized education plan for each pupil requiring special education and/or related services. Participate in the ongoing assessment of academic achievement and educational placement of classified pupils. Consult with classroom teachers, administrators, and parents regarding special instructional methods and/or materials necessary to meet the specific needs of individual pupils. Keep up to date in the field of learning disabilities with current regulations governing the education of pupils with disabilities. I look forward to working with you.

I have been a school psychologist at Wall Township Public Schools for 21 years.  I have experience working at Wall Primary School and currently work at both Allenwood Elementary School and Central Elementary School. As a school psychologist, I help students to succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally.  My role is collaborative in nature with educators, parents, and other professionals to provide a supportive learning environment that strengthens connections between home, school, and the community for all students. My training emphasized preparation in mental health and educational interventions, child development, learning, behavior, motivation, curriculum and instruction, assessment, consultation, collaboration, school law, and systems.

I have been working as a Speech Language Pathologist for 26 years in a variety of private practice, hospital, and school settings. This is my 11th year in the Wall Township Public School district. I live in Lincroft with my husband Nick (married for 21 years), my 20-year-old son Nick (a junior at Virginia Tech), and my 16-year-old daughter Natalie (a junior at Middletown High School North). We also have 2 dogs that we adore, Scout and Harper. I am so excited to be working with all my students to help them achieve their speech and language goals.
