Welcome to Allenwood 5th Grade!

My name is Christine Shanklin and I am excited for another great year at Allenwood School.

I have been teaching for 19 years and worked in business prior to becoming an educator.  I have taught 4th grade in the past and currently teach 5th grade Math, Science, and Social Studies.   This will be our second year departmentalizing and we know it will be a huge success.

I have been lucky to share the Allenwood School experience with my two sons. It has been a unique, special time together, and we will surely never forget how fortunate we are to have had that time!

My family and I currently live in the Allenwood section of Wall Township and share in the passion and love for this community.  I am also involved in many areas of our town and strive to ensure the best for Wall Township.
