I am so excited to be a part of your 8th grade journey, and all of you are part of my first year teaching 8th grade!
Major assessments are worth 50% of the grade, minor assessments are worth 30% of the grade and independent assignments, such as classwork and homework, are worth 20% of the grade. Students can keep an eye on their grades by accessing the Genesis Student Portal.
My extra help will be held every Monday in room 304 from 3:00-3:50 p.m. Please come prepared with something that you need to work on with me or Mrs. Palmer. Fill out the google form on our Google Classroom prior to extra help so I can be prepared to help you.
